Ordering with Clear Light Studio is safe because all the information you supply is highly protected. We use industry-standard security technology to ensure that your personal information is safe.

Clear Light Studio accepts Visa and MasterCard. You can use them to follow our easy 3-step ordering process.

1) Choose your chairs and fountains by clicking in the boxes. Click again to undo a check.

2) Enter your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Enter your shipping address only if it is different from your billing address.

3) Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.

It's easy to change or make corrections to this information.

-- highlight the area you want to edit then type in the new information

-- go to the top of the Order Form and click "clear the whole form" to uncheck all the boxes and make all the text areas blank again

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when we ship your order at Mail Boxes Etc.

While we make every effort to keep ClearLightStudio.com current, please remember that you are ordering a design. The actual chair or fountain is still unique and hand-made. Copper has to be enameled. Paint has to dry. Thus, occasionally we do not have the chair or fountain ready to ship. We will notify you within 24 hours by email, phone, or fax if we cannot ship immediately.

If you enter a valid email address when you order, you will receive two e-mails:

The first confirms your order.

The second confirms your shipment and the total charge to your credit card. It will include a tracking number that you may use at Mail Boxes Etc.

We use Mail Boxes Etc. They, in turn, use UPS and FedEx. If you have the tracking number we emailed to you, use it to learn about the status of your order on the Mail Boxes Etc. web site.

If you have lost your tracking number, please email us.

Your satisfaction with ClearLightStudio is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchases for exchange or credit.

Following approval of your credit card -- but before we charge it -- your order will be packed and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). The shipping cost depends on the weight of the box and the distance shipped.

We use Mail Boxes Etc. Visit their Web site to track your order. You'll need the tracking number we emailed you.

An overnight order will be shipped the same business day (pending credit card authorization) if we receive it by 12 noon Eastern Time.

If you're trying to estimate when your order will be delivered, consider the following:

Credit card approval must by received prior to processing.

Overnight orders received after 6 PM EST will not be processed until the following day.

UPS and FedEx deliver only Monday through Friday, holidays excluded

We are happy to accept or ship orders outside of the US.
